Job description
Spectra Tech, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Communications Lead for Our Corporate Office in Oak Ridge, TN

1. Project descriptions (writing and organizing)

2. Press releases

3. Trade show coordination (attendee registration, sponsorship registration, booth maintenance and scheduling, giveaways (coordination for conferences and ordering), graphic production for signs/ads etc.)

4. Newsletter

5. Presentations (SOQ, orientation, etc.)

6. Other marketing materials (brochures, posters, tear sheets)

7. Social Media

8. Website

9. Client website monitoring for opportunities

10. Christmas card list maintenance for electronic and paper cards, production of electronic cards, mailing/emailing of cards

11. Front lobby TV slides maintenance/updating

12. Store for Company-branded merchandise
