PAY RATE: $40.25/HR-$42.25/HR

Job Description/Duties:

• Lead millwright team, coordinate labor, tools, equipment, and materials for planned work.
• Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and management teams including supervisors, foremen, technicians, and clients.
• Maintain toolroom inventory to include consumables ensuring timely availability of parts and materials.
• Work with client to align resources and goals.
• Uphold site training and equipment inspection logs.
• Generate reports, track progress, and review work orders/scope of work.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term schedules for maintenance and projects.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• Proficient in planning and scheduling software (i.e., Primavera, MS Project, SAP, and CMMS systems).
• Strong skills with computer programs and generating reports (i.e., Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED.
