  • Simulate electrical load scenarios, grid outages, and redundancy strategies to assess risk and ensure robust power reliability

  • Analyze future scenarios to predict how site expansions, new technologies, or changes in grid reliability will impact system performance?helping ensure growth is reliable and resilient.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams?including utility companies, engineering, and facilities?to gather requirements, validate data, and support infrastructure planning.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring evolving regulations, energy modeling software, and grid technologies.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support due diligence for new site selection for bridging power and utility negotiations by modeling grid capacity.

  • Conduct occasional site visits to verify model accuracy.

  • Engage regularly with engineering, operations, utility providers, and management teams.

  • Support the data center connection process from DPR through CPR/AFE phases.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret electrical data and distill complex scenarios into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially when working with multidisciplinary teams and external utility partners.

  • Familiarity with data center design standards and electrical reliability frameworks (e.g., Uptime Institute, IEEE, NERC) is a plus.
