Expected salary range of $104,400 to $116,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Supports all site operations including maintaining procedures, coordinating training efforts and initiatives, supporting the management team in daily tasks, and responsible for coordinating maintenance on site alarm systems. This position has ownership of operations procedures.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Control, develop, change and implement procedures changes via Documentum.
• Coordination, maintenance and support in all aspects of department training administration and computer-based systems related to Constellation Power procedures, training and reporting.
• Coordinate action items required for seasonal readiness.
• Manage fire alarm and systems coordination.
• Provide back-up support to management and operations teams as needed. Fill vacated shifts for operation units. Fully qualified shift supervisor.
• Understand and communicate customer issues utilizing excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 5 years related experience OR
• Associate's degree in engineering or business with 7 years related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Maintain minimum access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or business administration
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience in maintenance and work management
• Experience with training processes
