Code of Conduct
As part of our commitment to keeping NukeWorker a welcoming place for nuclear professionals, job seekers, and the wider community, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
This Code applies wherever you interact on NukeWorker, including the forums, photo gallery, company and job ratings, member profiles, and any messaging between users (collectively, the "Community Areas"). Some areas may have their own additional guidelines, so please review those as well.
All activity on NukeWorker.com is also governed by our Terms of Use.
Respect Others
Treat everyone with respect. Do not use the Community Areas to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others, and refrain from expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity. This is a professional community; keep it civil even when you disagree.
Keep it Legal
Illegal activity is not allowed. Do not publish, post, or distribute defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material. Do not upload photos, software, or other material protected by intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights unless you own the rights or have the necessary consents. Never post classified, export-controlled, safeguards, or other security-sensitive information.
Play Nice
We do not tolerate disruptive behavior, such as persistent off-topic posting or attempts to incite others to break this Code or the law. Do not post or use viruses, worms, Trojan horses, bots, or scripts that disrupt the Site or other members' experience.
Don't Spam
Please do not spam the Community Areas. That includes posting identical or irrelevant content across many topics, boards, or members, and using the Site to advertise or solicit where it is not permitted. Spamming is a serious violation and may result in an immediate ban, without notice, from any or all Community Areas. See our Anti-Spam Policy for more.
Take Responsibility
You are responsible for everything you post and for your activity in the Community Areas. NukeWorker takes no responsibility for the ratings, content, or activities of users. The Community Areas are not intended as primary storage; keep your own backups of anything important you upload, such as photos, documents, or resumes.
Uphold the Code
Help keep NukeWorker a great place to connect. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate access to any Community Area for violations of this Code, at our discretion.
Protect your Privacy
Be careful about sharing personally identifiable information (such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, home addresses, or driver's license numbers) with people you do not know online. To learn how we handle your information, read our Privacy Statement. To report a problem, use our contact page.
Thanks for following this Code of Conduct and being part of the NukeWorker community!
