Summary of Responsibilities



Responsible for providing technical administrative support for the Maintenance Work Control processes with moderate supervision or direction. Researches and develops various facets of work package preparation for the planner?s generation of work packages. Interfaces extensively with the Maintenance Mechanical and Electrical teams to ensure all materials and equipment are properly identified and are available for the completions of packages. Interface with other departments such as Warehouse and Procurement to ensure all material, resources, and equipment are available through SAP and are ready for execution of the work packages developed by the planners.



Education and Experience



Minimum Qualifications


            
  • High School Diploma
            
  • 1+ years? experience of related experience in maintenance planning

Preferred Qualifications

            
  • Associate?s Degree
            
  • 3+ years of related technical administrative support function in an industrial or commercial environment. Nuclear or Chemical industry is a plus.

Job Details

            
  • Work Location: Eunice, NM
            
  • Work Schedule: 9/80 professional work schedule
            
  • Travel Required: 10% of the time or less as required.
            
  • Security Clearance Requirement: CAA Access and a L or Q level security clearance.
            
  • Emergency Response Requirements: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
            
  • Work Environment: Radiological exposure expectations of < 100 mrem/yr. General Office, Plant Production Areas. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets etc.

Primary Functions

            
  • Identify and track parts, materials, supplies, and equipment in the warehouse through SAP as well as physical inventory
            
  • Prepares all technical administrative support work associated with the maintenance work control processes for planners
            
  • Assist planners in researching and developing all facets of the technical administration and preparation of maintenance work package by ensuring all materials and equipment are available prior to planners releasing packages.
            
  • Actively participate in work planning meetings.
            
  • Interface directly with Maintenance Work Center teams, warehousing, procurement and other site personnel associated with the execution of vendor PR's, Work Orders, and PO?s.
            
  • Performs technical administrative support by writing Purchase Requisitions (PR's) for parts, tools and equipment; writes MMN requests for warehouse parts, Supply Procurement Engineering with technical field information to ensure that correct parts are procured.
            
  • Uses all SAP features to ensure accuracy, quality level, vendor ASL, for Reserve Parts for Work Orders, TECO Completed Work Orders; extensive tracking of part status, Service Entries, and break down and scan completed work orders accordingly.
            
  • Generates and prepares reports, such as but not exclusive: backlog, KPI's, procurement status, etc., for Maintenance Support organization for approval of Maintenance Supervisor.
            
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Compensation starting at: $ 72094 - $ 117573 / year and up dependent on candidate.
