Description of ideal candidate
You’re a hands-on Instrumentation & Controls leader who thrives where precision, safety, and reliability matter most. You bring a strong maintenance mindset and the confidence to lead a crew through dynamic daily priorities—setting clear expectations, running crisp pre-job briefs, and reinforcing human performance behaviors that keep people safe and work done right the first time.

You’re at your best partnering across the station—working shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations, Planning/Scheduling, Engineering, and Procurement to remove barriers, protect configuration control, and restore critical equipment to service on schedule. When conditions change, you stay calm, make sound decisions, and re-align the plan without losing focus on quality or compliance.

You also care deeply about developing others. You enjoy coaching in the field, strengthening fundamentals, and building capability through on-the-job training and task performance evaluations. If you’re energized by improving equipment performance, raising standards, and helping a high-performing team deliver reliable generation every day, this role is for you.
