Expected salary range of $121,500 to $135,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Manager, Customer Engagement is responsible for managing customer engagements to support the Constellation Navigator platform. This position will be dedicated to the full lifecycle of customer relationship? from onboarding a client to the Navigator suite of products, supporting daily customer inquiries and reporting needs of the clients. The Manager, Customer Engagement will be a single point of contact for clients to deliver great customer experience. The successful candidate will identify needs to support clients while keeping an eye towards handoffs to operations and potential new and renewal business in coordination with the sales team. The position will require organization engagement. The key organization interfaces will include Products, Navigator Ops, Sales teams, Legal and Accounting.

 

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions for Constellation Navigator post sale.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to support client needs and ensure contract obligations are executed and maintained.
  • Support customer onboarding, and daily customer needs for data acquisition.
  • Adjust continuously as necessary to improve the customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue renewal, upsell, and cross sell opportunities within the existing client base.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in customer service, operations, sales, marketing, strategy consulting, or product management
  • Strong presentation skills; capable of presenting externally and internally
  • Demonstrated experience influencing decision making through expertise, analysis, and sound judgment without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence all levels of management
  • Demonstrated understanding of the company's commercial energy business units, personnel, and strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work with teams and independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment, under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels
  • Evidence of passion for entrepreneurship, technologies, and startups
  • Demonstrated self-starter with ability to plan and execute with minimal oversight; strong sense of ownership and commitment to excellence of all work products
  • Demonstrated operational experience using analytics or software tools
