Expected salary range of $124,200 to $138,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Develop strategy, execute plans, and lead large, complex supply chain programs and projects that deliver business results across sourcing, planning, logistics, inventory, operations, and related cross-functional processes. Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and performance from planning through implementation and stabilization. Develop business cases, project charters, roadmaps, and performance metrics that align initiatives to business objectives and supply chain priorities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive alignment, transparency, and accountability. Lead coordination across multiple organizations, integrate best practices, and ensure effective change management, issue resolution, and decision making throughout the program lifecycle. This role operates independently with minimal supervision and serves as a key interface across teams to advance strategic supply chain initiatives and management objectives.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage project and program scope, schedule, resources, and budget for large, complex supply chain initiatives and defined deliverables in alignment with enterprise project and program management standards.
  • Establish requirements, milestones, and implementation plans while proactively identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Direct and lead cross-functional teams on strategic supply chain programs and projects.
  • Lead requirements analysis, performance measurement, and quality assurance activities, and manage scope, schedule, budget, and execution for high-profile initiatives spanning sourcing, planning, logistics, inventory, operations, and related business functions.
  • Operate in accordance with standard processes defined within the Management Model. Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure consistent adoption of standard processes and procedures.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with business partners and key stakeholders, communicate program status, risks, issues, and change impacts regularly, and ensure change management plans are developed and executed effectively.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and project contributors, and consultants or employee resources as needed to support program delivery.
  • Maintain current business knowledge and awareness of supply chain practices, industry trends, enabling technologies, and program management capabilities, and apply that knowledge to improve execution and deliver business results.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or S.T.E.M. field with a minimum of 8-years relevant experience or combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated business acumen, strong judgment, and excellent analytical ability, with the capability to create value through advanced problem solving, financial and performance analysis, risk evaluation, negotiation, and conflict management
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing large projects, programs, or sub-teams, including technical or business personnel, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, build consensus, establish trust, meet critical deadlines, and drive results in complex environments
  • Strong customer and business partner focus
  • Knowledge of business practices and processes related to the role, with demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements, drive efficiencies, and apply new technologies or tools to improve performance and business results
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics in the specific functional area supported by this position
  • Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing and work effectively across business units, functional groups, multiple levels of the Corporation and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in a business or S.T.E.M. field
  • Certification as : Certified Associate in Project Mgmt (CAPM) OR Project Management Professional (PMP) OR Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Advanced knowledge, demonstrated experience and capabilities in project management
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and systems, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implement intervention strategies to attain performance targets
  • Detailed analytical skills for project evaluation including analysis of projects with economic, financial, risk and decision analysis.
  • Proficient in business case development and ability to effectively present business cases to business unit leadership
