Humboldt Bay Unit 3 was a small boiling water reactor on the coast of Humboldt County, California, just south of Eureka in the King Salmon and Fields Landing area. Pacific Gas and Electric built it with a General Electric reactor.

Construction began on November 10, 1960, and the unit connected to the grid on April 18, 1963. In July 1970 an operator error caused a loss of cooling water, and the water level above the fuel dropped to just over 6 inches. The unit was permanently shut down on July 2, 1976, after refueling and seismic upgrade work, and it never restarted. It entered SAFSTOR in 1988, and decommissioning was completed in 2021.
