The Bilibino nuclear power plant is at the town of Bilibino in Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, in the Russian Far East, north of the Arctic Circle. It had four small EGP-6 graphite-moderated, water-cooled units of about 12 MW electrical each.

The station was commissioned in 1974. Unit 1 was connected to the grid on January 12, 1974, Unit 2 on December 30, 1974, Unit 3 on December 22, 1975, and Unit 4 on December 27, 1976. Unit 1 was permanently shut down on March 23, 2018. Units 2, 3 and 4 were permanently shut down in December 2025.
