Paluel is a nuclear power plant in the commune of Paluel, in the Seine-Maritime department of Normandy, on the English Channel coast about 40 km from Dieppe. It has four pressurized water reactors of the P4 design (1300 MW class), supplied by Framatome, and uses Channel water for cooling.

Construction began on unit 1 in August 1977, unit 2 in January 1978, unit 3 in February 1979 and unit 4 in February 1980. The units were first connected to the grid between June 1984 and April 1986. In April 2016, during a ten-year maintenance outage of unit 2, a steam generator weighing 450 tonnes fell onto the reactor floor, and the unit did not restart until July 2018.
