Shidaowan (Shidao Bay) is a nuclear power plant site near Xiqianjia village in Rongcheng, Weihai, Shandong Province, China, on the Yellow Sea coast, about 23 km south of Rongcheng city.

A proposal to scale up the HTR-10 test reactor into a demonstration high-temperature gas-cooled reactor, the HTR-PM, was announced in 2005. Construction began on 9 December 2012 after a pause following the 2011 Fukushima accident. The two reactors drive one turbine. They reached first criticality in September and November 2021, and the plant was connected to the grid on 20 December 2021. Construction of Hualong One units began in July 2024 and May 2025.
