Yankee Rowe Nuclear Power Station was a 180-megawatt pressurized water reactor plant at Rowe, Massachusetts, on the Deerfield River. It was the third commercial nuclear plant in the United States and the first in New England.

Yankee Atomic Electric Company, owned by ten New England utilities, built and ran the plant. The first self-sustaining reaction took place on August 19, 1960, and commercial operation began in 1961. It was closed early in 1991 because of concerns about embrittlement of the reactor pressure vessel. The NRC declared decommissioning complete in August 2007, at a total cost of $608 million.
